Start your weekend off right with an invigorating Saturday Morning Yoga session with Lacey! Join us as we flow over live soulful sounds by at WorkSmart. Breathe in the fresh air, move with intention, and connect with a like-minded community as you flow under the open sky.

Designed for all experience levels, this class offers accessible modifications—whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time.

This is more than just a yoga class. It’s a chance to recharge, realign, and rediscover self-love from the inside out.

• Donations can be made to Lacey during your class check-in. Cash, Venmo and Zelle are accepted. Donation amounts are around $8-$10 and are extremely appreciated and vital to continue offering these classes and events to our local community.

• Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and, of course, your good vibes :-)
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get checked-in, select your spot and settle in before class starts.
