By releasing tension in the body and calming the mind, restorative yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Join Yoga Instructor Nadine Daniel for a morning of relaxation, rejuvenation and renewal. This class will be held inside the Grotto. Please bring a pair of socks and dress comfortably. Limited space.
