💪 Strength & Conditioning: weights, resistance bands, battle ropes, spinning, HIIT circuits, and #suspension sling# training designed to challenge every muscle.
🌊 On-the-Water Fun: kayaking, paddle boarding, and rowing for a full-body adventure.
🤸 Fun & Agility: trampolines for low-impact cardio and playful movement.
🧘 Stretch & Restore: guided stretching and mobility work to finish feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

Chris Simons is a fitness innovator and adventure enthusiast with over 30 years of experience helping individuals make healthy habits a fun part of everyday life. He is the founder of SimonSayz Wellness, creator of ART-class (Agility Resistant Training), and developer of the CoreFlow Fit Suspension Training program.

Chris combines expertise in personal training, outdoor adventure, and athletic performance with a passion for coaching — from youth soccer to professional athletes. He has designed fitness programs, hosted a televised fitness show, and competed in numerous adventure races, including kayaking from Miami to New York to raise awareness for NRDC.

Whether on land or water, Chris brings energy, innovation, and a deep knowledge of movement to every class, making fitness challenging, fun, and transformative.
