We will be in the yurt for this session.
Please do not eat 2 hours prior to the 10am start and please do not drink any caffeine that day. If you decide to fast until after the event bring a snack to help ground you, before you drive home,
Please also bring drinking water.
Note book and pen
I prepare the Cacao with almond milk so please let me know if you prefer just water or oat milk
We will be having a 30g dose of Cacao, if you feel, based on what you already know your body likes, or reading the contraindications, that this may be too much, please contact me and we will discuss which dose would be more appropriate for you.

There are some contraindications related to drinking Cacao that you should be aware of, this does not necessarily mean you can not drink Cacao it just means that you will need a smaller amount:

High Blood Pressure
Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose
Low Blood Pressure
Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose
Antidepressants
Those on MAIO antidepressants should not consume cacao.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Cacao is generally considered safe in pregnancy and during breastfeeding when taken in moderation.
GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease)
It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity
IBS
It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity to monitor any sensitivity
Bleeding Disorders
Consult with a doctor prior to consumption if you have a bleeding disorder or are consuming any related medication.
Heart Conditions
Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose
Sensitivities (e.g caffeine or stimulant sensitivities)
It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity to assess sensitivity.
Medication use
