Looking for a yoga class that blends both relaxation with a touch of intensity? Our Saturday Mindful Morning Flow is open to all levels and designed to help you connect, move, and energize. Led by Crystal, this class combines mindful flows with gentle intensity to build strength, flexibility, and calm. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, this practice will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
Join us every Saturday at 10:30 AM for only $5. Bring yourself, your mat (or borrow one of ours), and let’s move mindfully together!
