About this Event
Join in for group meditation sessions outside in nature in July and August at Jardim da Cerca da Graça between 10 - 11:30am. Learn how to meditate and bring these techniques into your life right away. This is a mixture of Zen, Burmese and Thai style meditations from Shamata (calm abiding) and Vipassana (insight) for clarity, equanimity and awakening.

Please bring something to sit on - perhaps a cushion or rolled up yoga mat. If you have time afterwards, join for tea and coffee at the park cafe.
Cost: 10 euros per session (please bring cash).
