About this Event
This Saturday half day course, combines ancient Buddhist wisdom with practical meditation techniques to help us explore and deepen our understanding of our consciousness and work with our own mind, to deepen our connection with mental peace and clarity.
The topics in this course includes:
- Understanding the difference between mind and brain.
- The different levels of minds: gross, subtle & very subtle mind.
- Recognising the nature and function of our mind.
- Working through difficult mental patterns and habits.
- Methods for maintaining mental clarity in daily life
Guided Meditations:
Mindfulness of breath to establish mental stability, analytical meditation to understand the nature of our thoughts and clarity meditation to recognize our mind's natural state.
Facility fee: RM30 per person. (This facility fees contributes towards our centre's utilities & operational costs)
