Join jewellery maker Zoe Leavy from Honey Bee Design to make a beautiful silver chunky ring.
After several sellout jewellery workshops, we're delighted to welcome jewellery artist Zoe Leavy from Honey Bee Design back to the studio. In this class you will create a sterling silver ring from 4mm wide wire. You can texture your ring using a selection of hammers and stamps or even personalise with a name or quote using a range of letter stamps before forming and soldering the ring.
You'll learn the basics of silversmithing, including how to work out your ring size, sawing, forming, soldering, texturing/stamping, refining and polishing, leaving with a lovely piece that you've created and can wear with pride.
The Hat Works Café will be open, serving fresh light lunches, hot food, delicious baked treats and drinks for you to enjoy. You’re also more than welcome to explore our exhibition and retail collection.
