Led by an experienced volunteer hiker, this week’s hike is to Bald Knob via the Turtleback Mountain trail. This hike is rated difficult, and is about 7 miles with an elevation climb of approximately 750′. This is a free program, though registration is required.Please wear appropriate footwear for hiking and dress for the weather. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and snacks as desired. Please note, you will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. While dogs on leashes are usually permitted on the trails, for the comfort of all attendees, dogs are not allowed at this program.
