We'll alternate between guided meditations, teachings, and insightful discussions. And yes, there will be plenty of warming tea and coffee to keep us cozy! The intimate setting ensures everyone gets personal attention and the chance to ask questions.
Our tea breaks and Q&A sessions create natural spaces for reflection and community building. You'll have the opportunity to share experiences (if you wish) and learn from others on the same journey.
