A hands-on workshop to learn the time honoured skills of food fermentation and have a go making your own delicious recipes which you will take home on the day.
As a nutritionist I will discuss the health benefits of this delicious food as well as exploring the Gut Microbiome and why it is so important to our health.
This is a 3 hour weekend event in a warm and comfortable workshop space at MAKE Southwest in central Bovey Tracey.
Have a go at making your own fermented food and try out lots of delicious pre-made items. This workshop includes a tasty and nutritious lunch..
