Every Saturday the group dynamic is a little different, so please post the distance and pace you'd like to run to get the most out of your CGR experience! Posting your distance and pace will give you the best opportunity to run with a group that matches what you'd like to run.
If you're looking for an earlier start time or to run longer, post on the event wall. Usually, there are other people doing the same! Also please verify start time before coming (post on the wall to be sure, sometimes the regulars like to change it up a bit).
