First Saturday session of 2026 - who's in?
10:45am start so you can be home by lunchtime, having started your weekend the right way.....or you can join us in the pub afterwards for a refresh and a natter.
Saturday classes are SO much fun..... and a 10:45am start means it's not too early if you have a little distance to travel.

If you've not been to 'Rockfit with Sharon' before, please come 10 minutes early to fill out a short form.
Ample free parking outside, (please use the car park on the left as you drive through the gates) - there will be signs up to send you to the right room.
First class is FREE
£6 per class after that, or a 5-class-card for £25
Come and give it a go - you might find your tribe :-D
