If you have a yoga mat, please bring it, but it's not required. Additionally, for the Baby & Me class, we encourage you to bring a blanket for babe.

9:15 – 10:00 AM - Baby & Me Yoga (Ages: 6 weeks – 1 year)
10:30 – 11:00 AM - Toddler & Me Yoga (Ages: 1 – 3 years)
Class fee: $25 per mama, per class.
