'1978 take their inspiration from the UK, US and Australian Punk and New Wave scene of the late 70’s. Bands like The Clash, The Damned, the Saints and The Ramones provide the inspiration. It’s all about the high energy, kick out the jams approach that captures the spirit of the bands and sounds of that time. It’s a lot of fun!'
