Hello:) How are you? I wanted to invite you to my yoga classes in Victoria Park.
Classes last 1 hour and 15 min. If you can ´t make it , you can just come for 1 hour. ?
Yoga class to reconnect with your inner peace and tranquility of mind.❤️
In my classes, we start with a short meditation or breathing exercise and then we do different yoga postures (asanas), to work on flexibility, strengthening of the body, balance, among other things.?
We do all the yoga postures through conscious breathing to rest your mind in the present.??
At the end I give you a reflection about something to put into practice during the week. (self love, recurring thoughts, stress-relief, etc.) ❤️
You don ´t need to have any experience, we can take it slow and I can show you the postures, the adjustments and the benefits :)
I am from Argentina. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for a while and I am passionate about it. I went to India and did several courses on Meditation, yoga, self growth and I have discovered many tools that have helped me a lot to overcome my fears, anxiety and confidence. I did my Vinyasa and Hatha yoga training in Barcelona and i taught there for a long time. ?
Now I moved to Bedminster, Bristol and I am teaching in the park to connect with nature, fresh air, sun rays, sound of the wind, amonth others:). Today I am organizing these classes to share this with you and I hope you enjoy them as much I do and that you find them useful and healing. ❤️?
Classes are not cancelled if it rains, we will have the class at Windmill Hill City Farm, 10 min walk from Victoria Park. Schedule may change a little bit.
