Start your new year with mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connections at "Satellite," a silent disco yoga and intention-setting experience hosted by City Glow Yoga™ & The Roostertail. Join us on Saturday, January 10th, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the Roostertail Detroit for a unique experience blending wellness, mindfulness & community.
Start the morning at 11AM by exploring some intentional local vendors and listening to the soulful sounds of Dj Kaels.
At 11:30AM, immerse yourself in our signature silent disco yoga class led by Chantal of the Roostertail w/ intention setting and meditation by Erin of Detroit Meditation and Yoga & accompanied by the sounds of Dj Kaels. Get ready to cast your intentions into the universe and be prepared to move into the new year with a renewed spirit & purpose.
