De legendariske gitarikonene Joe Satriani og Steve Vai har slått seg sammen for å danne SATCHVAI Band, som i tillegg til de to gitaristene består av Kenny Aronoff (trommer), Marco Mendoza (bass) og Pete Thorn (gitar). Neste sommer setter de fyr på Europa med turneen «Surfing with the Hydra Tour», og torsdag 3. juli er det klart for SATCHVAI Band på Sentrum Scene!
Joe Satriani og Steve Vai feirer nesten fem tiår med musikalsk vennskap, og i mars 2024 debuterte de med sitt første musikalske samarbeid. «The Sea of Emotion, Pt. 1» viser den uovertrufne synergien mellom disse to legendariske gitaristene, når de sømløst bytter soloseksjoner gjennom det nesten seks minutter lange mesterverket. Neste samarbeid slippes rett før Europaturneen, noe som gjør forventningene til denne episke turneen enda større.
