Andsome Friends + Third Voice
Andsome Friends is a vocal group performing original compositions and arrangements. Whether a suite of Irish slip jigs with witty Australian lyrics, a traditional chorus song, jazz number, art song, or a mash up of 1960s tv themes, our music has something for almost every taste. We’re people who have songs.
The Third Voice combines Gemma Turner, Clarita Derwent and Christina Mimmocchi. Each has followed various musical paths including songwriting, a cappella singing, fronting bands and choirs and confronting diverse musical settings.
Recent gigs include: National Folk Festival, The Salons 2022 and 2023, Loaded Dog Folk Club, Wylie's Baths' Local Vocal program, Gasoline Pony, St. Anmoré Festival, Wild Fire Club and The Spot for Randwick Council’s “Ignite” program. Their self-titled debut EP, where they’re joined by fine instrumentalists including Llew Kiek and Jess Ciampa, is available on Bandcamp .
