We're committed to giving back to the community and supporting causes that truly matter. This year, we are proud to announce our partnership with Batten Fighters Forever (BFF) in memory of the inspiring Annabelle. Her joy, zest for life, and imaginative spirit continue to motivate us. That’s why we’re funding all the medals for the Sassy Walk 2024, happening on September 28th.The Sassy Walk is more than just a walk, it's a journey of remembrance and hope, raising awareness for Batten Disease and supporting ongoing research. Annabelle’s legacy lives on through BFF, and we're honored to play a part in this meaningful cause.
We're excited to share that our Head of Finance, Liz Green, her husband James, and their son Fraser will be joining the team of 50 walkers, showing our commitment to making a difference. If you’d like to support BFF, you can sponsor our team or even join the walk yourself. Every contribution helps us take a step closer to understanding and treating Batten Disease.
Friends and family can support along the route and join the celebrations at the Elm Tree pub where there will be a BBQ, A raffle and music.
