A Typical Retreat:
- Friday: Arrive at leisure and settle in. (self-catering dinner).
- Saturday: Beach yoga, optional sea swim/coastal walk/Devon cream tea, followed by SUP yoga (breakfast included; lunch and dinner self-catering).
- Sunday: Morning at leisure, then enjoy breakfast before fond farewells.
What’s Included:
- 2 nights’ shared accommodation (includes towels, linen, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and parking).
- 2 plant-based breakfasts.
- Complimentary water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate all weekend.
- Beach yoga and SUP yoga.
