Join me in for SASSY & SPIRITUAL.This is a combination of Mindfullness & Movement.
Together as women, we will come into connection and hold space with our sista's.
We will be journeying through minfullness practices, meditation, journaling prompts, sound healing, breathwork and somatic movement (dance).
This will be a space to connect with like minded women and nourish your nervous system, along with some joy filled body movement.

Location - Gecko hall.
What to bring - yoga mat, water bottle, journal +pen, small pillow and a blanket.
