Saskatchewan singer-songwriter Glenn Sutter (sue-ter) offers up his engaging folk-rock to help people get away for a while and find common ground through shared humanity, joys and truths. Whether playing solo or with his band, his music is rooted in a life-long passion for piano and a fusion of folk and blues guitar, with hints of Neil Young, Greg Keelor, and John Prine.
Shortly after his debut release in 2008, Sutter hit the national spotlight when his song “Weight of the World” became the Saskatchewan track on David Suzuki’s Playlist for the Planet (CBC and Universal
Music). Since then, he has toured, released more albums, and played big stages and festivals. This spring, he will be releasing his fifth studio album “Truth and Lies," a compelling exploration of what it means to feel at home.
