Spend your Sunday afternoon learning the basics of sashiko stitching at Merrihew's Sunset Gardens! Under the guidance of local artist Sanae Suzuki, you'll dive into a brief history of sashiko, master the "Unshin" stitching technique, and learn to create the hitomezashi (rice stitch) pattern and its variations.
Experience how sashiko can calm your mind + spark your creativity, one stitch at a time.
