What does it truly mean to flourish — not just function or feel momentarily happy, but build a meaningful, resilient, and fulfilling life?This guided journaling workshop is inspired by , a research-backed wellness journal grounded in 95+ studies from Harvard, Stanford, Yale, MIT, and more. Drawing from the science of human flourishing and positive psychology, the session will explore how intentional reflection can support lasting well-being as we enter the new year.In this live session, Sartaj Kaur, the author will focus on three core pillars of flourishing:
- Flow — cultivating presence, creativity, and deep engagement
- Awe — expanding perspective and emotional openness
- Resilience — strengthening our ability to adapt, recover, and grow
Participants will be guided through thoughtfully designed prompts and experiential practices that invite both insight and personal application.
