Sarpa Sutra (SerpentSpeak) brings together dance, music and theatre to retell a chilling tale that mirrors our lives and times.
About this Event

In this revenge saga of ecocide and genocide spanning four generations, Sarpa Sutra underscores two elemental truths. Vengeance is not justice. Violence generates violence as long as human beings remain willfully blind, mute and indifferent to acts of evil.

Developed and directed by Gowri Ramnarayan.

The performance will be followed by a Q&A session with Gowri and members of the cast to discuss the issues raised by the play and how they relate to our lives today.

We are striving to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing.
