Kick off the 2025/26 ACL season with Sarasota’s first regional! Divisions now use the Cornhole Player Index (CPI) for fair, balanced play — and players can still “play up” for bigger points, payouts, and perks.
🆕 What’s New This Year
Goodbye old divisions (Open, Advanced, Competitive, Intermediate, Novice). We’re now using CPI-based tiers.
CPI Tiers & Caps:
• Tier 1: No Cap (Open – up to 12 CPI)
• Tier 2: ≤ 7.75 CPI (formerly Advanced)
• Tier 3: ≤ 6.75 CPI (formerly Competitive)
• Tier 4: ≤ 5.75 CPI (formerly Intermediate)
• Tier 5: ≤ 4.75 CPI (formerly Novice)
***Play Up for More Points: Tier 2 & Tier 3 players may enter Tier 1 Singles & Doubles. Tier 1 is stacked, but the rewards are huge — ACL points, Haolenaut perks, and bigger payouts.
**Tier Caps may differ at larger events or even at smaller regionals

đź’° $500 Added Bonus Payouts!
On top of standard payouts, we’re adding $500 cash:
• $200 → Open Doubles (Tier 1) team with one or more players CPI ≤ 6.75
• $200 → Advanced Doubles (Tier 2) team with one or more players CPI ≤ 6.75
• $200 → Added into the overall Open Doubles prize pool
• $100 → Added into the overall Open Singles prize pool
💸 Monthly “Slide-for-Cash” — Presented by Chito’s Mobile Concierge
• Sponsor: Chito’s Mobile Concierge is the monthly title sponsor, adding $125 every month to the board.
• October Kickoff: Haolenaut Sports will match the October add for a $250 starting pot.
• How it works: We run a 50/50.
• Ticket #1 wins half the pot immediately.
• Tickets #2–#6 are drawn to slide for cash (each gets two shots).
• Unclaimed cash rolls over to next month, and sponsors can add more along the way.

🗓 Sunday Schedule – October 12
⏰ Events are staggered within each wave (15–30 min apart) in the order listed below. Times are approximate but stay within these windows. First event starts at 9:00 AM sharp; each following event starts ~15–30 minutes later.
Morning Wave – 9:00 AM–11:30 AM
• Tier 4 Singles (≤ 5.75 CPI) → starts 9:00 sharp
• Tier 2 Doubles (≤ 7.75 CPI)
• Tier 5 Singles (≤ 4.75 CPI)
Early Afternoon Wave – 11:30 AM–1:30 PM
• Tier 1 Doubles (No Cap – Open) → starts after Tier 2 Doubles finish
• Tier 3 Doubles (≤ 6.75 CPI) → starts once Tier 2 players are clear
• Tier 5 Doubles (≤ 4.75 CPI)
Mid Afternoon Wave – 2:30 PM–4:00 PM
• Tier 4 Doubles (≤ 5.75 CPI)
• Tier 1 Singles (No Cap – Open)
• Tier 3 Singles (≤ 6.75 CPI)
Evening Wave – 5:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Tier 2 Singles (≤ 7.75 CPI)
• 7:00 PM → Big A/B Blind Draw (Local Points) – top half randomly paired with bottom half (all skill levels welcome)
🗓 Monday Schedule – October 13
• 7:00 PM – ACL SWAP Qualifier (Four rounds – PPR ranking)
• 8:00–8:30 PM – Regional Blind Draws (Three Tiers)
- - Upper: Top 12–16 players by PPR from SWAP (Tier 1 points)
- - Middle: Tier 3 points
- - Lower: Tier 4 points

Tier 1 (Open): Singles $30/player | Doubles $80/team – 80% payout
Tier 2: $25/player – 70% payout
Tier 3: $25/player – 60% payout
Tier 4: $20/player – 50% payout
Tier 5: $15/player – 40% payout
Blind Draws (Sun & Mon): $20/player – 75% payout

- Don’t wait — a lot of players procrastinate and miss out.

- If you already have a regular local/regional Director, stick with them — but if you’re new or don’t have one, I’d be honored to be your pick.
