Ustaad Kamal Sabri is an internationally renowned sarangi maestro, composer, and cultural ambassador, representing the seventh generation of the illustrious 400-year-old Moradabad Gharana. The son and foremost disciple of the legendary Sarangi Samrat Ustaad Sabri Khan, he began his musical journey as a child prodigy and has since emerged as one of the most respected voices of Indian classical music on the global stage. Deeply rooted in tradition, he is admired for his profound raga interpretation, tonal purity, and expressive mastery of the sarangi.
Alongside his classical excellence, Ustaad Kamal Sabri is celebrated as an innovator. One of his most notable contributions is the introduction of a cello string to the sarangi, significantly expanding its tonal range and expressive possibilities while preserving its traditional soul.
