JUNIOR        : Age 9 - 12 yrs

TEENS          :  Age 13 - 17 yrs 

(Age completion as of 31 July 2024 - Bring Aadhar copy /Birth certificate / School ID with DOB for age verification)

Registration :

• Registration is mandatory. For registration visit https://www.r2kademy.com/upcoming-events
• Registration ends on 12 August 2024.
• The registration fee per competition per participant is Rs.300 only.
• Payment to be done online (reach out to us for UPI ID). 
• Registration will be confirmed upon payment only. While making payment mention child's name grade & competition details.

Certificates & Awards

• All the participants will receive a Medal & Certificate on the same day.
• Winner & Runner will receive a Trophy on Award Felicitation for each category.
• Result Announcement & Award Felicitation within 30 mins after the completion of each event

COMPETITION DETAILS :

CLASSIC MAESTRO (Duration : 3-5 minutes)

Instruments :

Mridangam / Thavil / Kanjira /Ghatam/ Veena / Violin / Keyboard (any other Indian instrument reach out organizer)

CLASSIC VOICE (Duration: 3-5 minutes)

Swaras / Geetham / Varnam/ Keerthanai/ Bhajans (anything Carnatic)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ø For all competitions Reference materials Gadgets etc. are not allowed inside the competition hall.

Ø Adhere to the given duration for all the competition!

Ø Strictly no Karaoke for classic voice

Ø If there are any tie-breakers performance round 2 will be conducted

.

Reporting:

• Competition timings 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (lunch/snacks time will be provided)
• Each competition slot timings will be communicated 2 days before the competition date thru WhatsApp.
• Report on the date of competition concerning your slot.
• BYL/S – Bring Your Lunch/Snacks for those who will be attending multiple competitions.
• Participants should bring their school ID card for verification.
• The Academy won't give any extra time for delayed reporting and is not responsible for non-participation.
• The jury's decision is final on the results.
