Fly in and out of Edinburgh
Are you looking to experience adventure, connection to self and others, luxurious accommodations, foodie experiences (mindful of dietary restrictions as well, I have an autoimmune disorder so I am very intentional about our meals, snacks, etc.) in bucket list locations across the world where you are made a priority for possibly the first time in your life and you have the ability to finally focus on your needs and growth?
Saorsa (Freedom in Gaelic) is taking place September 14-21, 2024 in an incredible 8 day itinerary across #Scotland visiting iconic locations such as the Isle of Skye featuring #oldmanofstorr, #dunvegancastle, #thequiraing, #TheFairyGlen and the beautiful #eileandonancastle, historic sites such as #clavacairns, #Culloden, #dounecastle, #stirlingcastle, #linlithgow, #edinburghcastle and explore the incredible #Orkney Islands including #skarabrae, #ringsofbrodgar, #standingstonesofstenness and places like Inverness, Edinburgh and so much more. This retreat is about finding more of the wild in ourselves and releasing what doesn't serve us any longer.
This immersive retreat will be an opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone and participate in bucket list adventures and cultural experiences to explore and discover who you really are underneath all of the societal, cultural and familial conditioning we have experienced to find the freedom within ourselves to discover our values, who we are, practice and embody more of our authenticity and vulnerability to establish better boundaries and less of the rat race inside of our lives.
There will be self-care and nurturing, spaciousness for rest and also exciting adventures in a very small group setting (small groups to me do not mean 15-25 people like I see people host, we will have under 5 in our group to intentionally create authentic bonds and connection and be able to work on the above) to accommodate both our introverted and extroverted personality types.
This retreat will have opportunities to move our bodies and minds through physical activities, learning and educational opportunities and cultural and art experiences.

A bit about me: I have been hosting retreats since 2018 and have hosted 2- 4 retreats per year geared towards connection to self, experiences, communication, relationships through luxurious adventures meant to help you do transformative work to gain confidence and self-esteem, awareness, communication skills, better, improved boundaries and develop an intimate understanding of yourself. I have a background in experiential facilitation, trauma informed work, mental performance and life coaching from the ICF and working with others through speaking, mentoring and coaching for 20+ years in various capacities.
