My dream is to guide woman to experience the light that I have found, through movement.

Using music of many genres, beats and percussion, energy is moved through the body enabling you to experience euphoric natural highs,

I share my power and strength to encourage woman to move from their mind into their body, ecstatically, taking away any judgement.

I prefer not to call it dance, because with dance their will already be an attachment, with movement, there is no right ot wrong way to move.

This creates space to find confidence, freedom, inner power and ultimately return home to themselves.
