ATTN: Grandwood Park Park District Residents!!Santa will be riding down every street in Grandwood Park and The Shires to find out who has been naughty and who has been nice!! He will begin his journey at noon from the Park District and will make his way through Grandwood Park and The Shires!
Keep your eyes and ears open - you'll hear the sirens and see all the cars in the "parade" with the Lake County Sheriff's Department leading the way!! When you see Santa coming down your street, grab your coat and shoes and come out to wave to him and receive a goodie bag!
The Park District is collecting toys for the U.S. Marine Corp. Reserves TOYS FOR TOTS program again this year during Santa’s ride with help from the Warren Township Highway Department!
We are asking for donations of new, unwrapped toys. Every child needs a new toy at Christmas. With your support, we can help make Christmas a merry one for many children that otherwise may not receive anything at all.
