Santa Claus and his joyful Elves are eagerly awaiting your visit. 🤶🎄 Your child will embark on a magical journey guided by Santa's little helpers to meet the man in red himself. 🎁
Santa will check his list and present your child with an age-appropriate gift.
A bit of Magic! By sharing your child's hobbies and interests during the booking process, Santa can make your child's visit that extra bit magical. 🪄✨

Additional Information.
All Grotto visits must be pre booked in advance.
- All ticket reservations are non-refundable and non transferable.
- Order confirmation must be printed or shown on a mobile device upon entry.
- Space permitting, pushchairs are allowed into the Grotto.
- Parents/Carers accompanying ticketed children will not be charged.
- Babies & Toddlers without tickets may accompany a ticketed child (and parents/carers) but will not receive a gift.
Location: H@me & Eat, Bishops Stortford.
Dates: Weekends 30th November - 22nd Dec + 23rd and 24th December.
Times: Selected time slots available tsarting at 09:30 and Ending at 16:30.
Ticket Prices:
1 x Child: £17:50, includes an age appropriate present.
2 x Children: £33.00, includes 2 age appropriate presents.
3 x Children: £50.00, includes 3 age appropriate presents. (Maximum booking per slot)
Adult: Free (maximum of 2 adults per visit) - exceptions can be discussed.
An adult must accompany their child/group for the duration of this event.
Duration: Each Core booking slot is for 10 minutes with Santa.
