Santa and his cheerful elves will be spreading Christmas cheer at
Woody Bay Station on the following dates:
December 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th — right up to the big day!
Come along and meet Santa and cheerful elf friends, enjoy the twinkling lights, and take in the magical atmosphere of Woody Bay Station, beautifully decorated for the season.
Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
To pre-book select the day and time you would like to travel.
The following train times will be available from Woody Bay Station to Killington Lane return on all days of this event.
10.45am - 11.30 - 12.15 - 13.30 - 14.15 - 15.00.
2 mile return journey (approximately 20 minutes experience)
On the 23rd and 24th of December we will be running an extra 16:00 train, but only on these two days.
What’s included in your ticket
• Meet Santa and friends who will be greeting all the children.
• Each child receives a present and sticker from Santa! (Present includes an Eric Leslie colouring book, pencils and a small surprise gift!)
• A festive train ride in Christmas-themed carriages, specially decorated for the season. Enjoy a 2-mile round trip, lasting approximately 20 minutes!
• Our ever so popular Dear Santa Christmas activity sheet will be back. Make sure to post your letter to Santa via our festive post box!
• Enjoy 20% off of your food bill at The Old Station Inn Pub (only a 4 mile drive from the station) when you show your Santa Special or New Year ticket from the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway. See the L&BR website for further details.
