Revolution Yoga- Lewis Studio | Santa Rosa, CAA POTENT YOGA + LIVE SOUND SESSION >>> "Rooting Deeply"
Enjoy this 75 minute ALL LEVELS YOGA + SOUND SESSION with Sol Rio Co-Founders MK & Alex. MK will guide you in an accessible yoga practice to help you root deeply. We will focus on the base chakra, home of security and utilize the powerful earth energy of Taurus season.
Alex will support your practice by playing a LIVE AMBIENT SOUNDSCAPE with various musical instruments including the keyboard synthesizer and trumpet, helping your mind relax and attune to stable frequencies.
The session concludes with an extended GONG BATH, helping remove dissonance and further support a deep grounding and embodied experience.
No yoga experience is required, all are welcome. Space is limited.

WHAT TO BRING:
We have yoga mats and props, however feel free to bring your own. An eye pillow is nice for the gong bath meditation.
