There will be 3 categories: elementary, middle school/high school, and adults. Participants have the opportunity to sing a song on stage in front of an audience in hopes of being their category winner. Each category winner will be announced live on Jan. 25 and perform at our 29th annual Santa Barbara Mariachi show on Aug. 8 at the Santa Barbara Bowl. There will also be a performance by Mariachi Nuevo Tecatitlan to close out the show.
