Mantra Celebration ✨Our evening begins with visualization, gentle breathwork, and slow movement, allowing the body and mind to arrive fully in the present moment.
We’ll then journey into the sacred practice of Sanskrit Mantra, opening the heart to gratitude, wisdom, truth, protection, and the attraction of all things wonderful.
You are invited to experience this practice in your own way —
lie down and receive, sit up and chant, or flow between the two.
It’s your night to connect with your highest self, in the way that feels most true to you. 🌿
📓 Everyone is encouraged to bring a journal.
Between each mantra, we’ll rest in silence, allowing time for reflection —
to capture insights, sensations, and the subtle movements of energy within.
