Sankalpa: introduction to meditation with a slow flow grounding practice.
This workshop will be 1.5 hours and take the practitioner through breathwork to ground + calm the nervous system to begin.
We will set a mantra/sankalpa/intention for the practice and month ahead. You will move through a slow flow grounding yoga sequence and move closer to the ground for a guided meditation to clear your mind and help you focus in on what's important to you personally.
Expect lots of deep breaths + to leave feeling optimistic and spacious in mind and body.
