Sangha, Silence & Stillness - An Online Day of Zen Practice

Dear friend!
You are warmly invited to join the Furnace Mountain Maha-Sangha for our next monthly ONLINE practice-day:

SATURDAY, JULY 27th, 6:00am to 8:00pm EST.
This is a free event (donations welcome), and open to everyone who'd like to practice together with Sangha. All are welcome to join.
Our day consists of four 2-hour long practice blocks, each containing three 30-min sitting periods with 15 min walking periods in between.
Feel free to join us for the entire day or for parts of it.

Different FMZC teachers will offer a talk during each of the practice periods.
Practice periods:
6:00am - 8:00am
10:00am - 12:00pm
2:00pm - 4:00pm
6:00pm - 8:00pm
