The Sanctuary Space Session is an invitation to begin the year calmly and intentionally, creating space to slow the pace and reconnect with yourself and others.
Start the year by giving yourself one of the most valuable gifts: time.
Time to move.
Time to breathe.
Time to settle.
Time to begin the year feeling steady and supported.
This extended afternoon is designed to support your wellbeing through gentle movement, breath, and rest, helping you feel settled, grounded, and ready to move forward with ease.
Over three calm hours you’ll experience:
• Yoga with Jack Partridge to gently open the body and create space
• Guided Breathwork, meditation & relaxation with Georgie Blackman for nervous system regulation
• A Sound bath with Lucy to support deep rest
• Light refreshments to close the session
The intention is simple: Move and stretch. Release tension. Support the nervous system. Leave feeling calm, clear, and ready for a good night’s sleep.
This session is suitable for everyone, with or without previous experience. All practices are guided and can be adapted to suit how you’re feeling on the day.
Comfort is an important part of the experience. Please bring a mat, pillows, and blankets, and wear something comfortable. Extra padding can really support relaxation and help you settle more fully. A small number of spare blankets and mats will be available if needed.
