The Vibration of AutumnMark Biehl presents a unique sound blessing ceremony to welcome the season of Fall, and inspire us to gracefully move through our own seasonal process by letting go of what no longer serves us and embracing change. Allow the deep vibrational energies of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls, indigenous flute, melodic instruments, drumming and vocal mantra to guide us through clearing and release, as we plant seeds to begin a new path of personal growth and transformation.
Autumn begins the onset of shorter days, the harvesting of crops, and a time to prepare for the winter ahead. The element of metal that represents autumn, is found abundantly in singing bowls from the Himalayas, and is a symbol of refinement and inner strength. The season of Fall encourages us to make use of everything that is necessary and pure, and to eliminate those things or qualities that are wasteful and no longer necessary.
