Sana Sana invites you to rest, move, and remember in a plant-filled sanctuary of sound. Inspired by the childhood rhyme “Sana sana, culito de rana, si no sanas hoy, sanaras mañana” this gathering holds tender space for us to heal mind, body, and spirit together.

Join us for a Sunday afternoon where sound and movement become medicine. Featuring movement set to the curated sounds of our ancestors, a heart awakening cacao circle led by Jícara Ancestral Remedies, and an immersive soundbath led by Estephanie Rose, founder of Sound and Movement. A first-generation Peruvian-Marylander, meditative sound facilitator, trauma-informed yoga practitioner, and multidisciplinary artist, Estephanie Rose will carry you into gentle waves of release, restoration, and ancestral remembering with over 15 instruments ranging from flutes to crystal bowls as well as sounds reminiscent of the natural world around us, reminding us of our collective home.

Through ritual, vibration, and movement, Sana Sana is a pause to reconnect — with ancestral knowledge, with each other, and with the deep, healing wisdom that lives in sound, breath, and motion.
