The 'Arte Latino' portion of the San Diego Latino Film Festival has been a major part of the Festival for many years featuring local San Diego Artist as well as Artists from Mexico and other Latin American countries. This year we will have an exhibit of Artists at the UC San Diego Park & Market building, 2nd floor (Home of the Digital Gym) gallery space curated by Andy Gonzalez (March 1-April 30), as well as Art at the Festival Lounge in the Mission Valley Mall curated by Julio Martha (March 19-23).This years Festival will be from March 19th-March 23rd with amazing Films, Music, Art and special events. Both Art spaces will feature Great artists that you can meet at various times throughout the Festival. This event page will focus mainly on the space at the Digital Gym.

ARTE LATINO LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE:
"ARTE LATINO" GALLERY, & FESTIVAL LOUNGE
The Arte Latino Gallery curated by Andy Gonzalez of La Onda Arte Latino, will showcase the festival's featured artists at UC San Diego Park & Market (2nd Floor) through the end of April. The Arte Latino Gallery in the Festival Lounge, curated by Julio Martha, will feature additional artists and vendors, offering collaborative art installations and handmade products for sale.
The Festival Lounge will house festival attendees, local artists, Arte Latino vendors, DJs, lite bites & spirits, art gallery motifs, lounge areas, sponsors, celebrity interviews, and more!

Andy Gonzalez, La Onda Arte Latino
Andy Gonzalez has been an art curator for over 15 years, working with the San Diego Latino Film Festival for over 20 years, and working with Latino artists from all over the world while working with or owning galleries in the Baja and San Diego regions.
