- Yoga Mat or Training Pad
We will be training on a gym style floor so having a mat or pad to lay on will be great! - Water and Snacks
Bring a refillable water container and any of your favorite snacks or fuel. We will provide a water station and various fruit for the community. - Comfortable Clothes and a Towel
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and sit freely in and a towel for all the sweaty fun!
