Cheesemakers from across Wisconsin will be in San Diego for the Liquid City Cheese Expo (Sunday, April 28) and are thrilled to set up an exclusive event for the Wisconsinites (and friends) out here. Join us for a social and educational event at Venissimo Cheese- Del Mar as the dairy farmers and cheesemakers give short talks on cheese making. You’ll get to sample a great plate of cheeses, and we are working on pairings with Wisconsin libations, as well.
$30 registration includes cheese plate with accoutrements, drink ticket, a meet and greet with Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin and a few Wisconsin cheesemakers, education and some fun surprises!
Registrants will also receive a 40% discount code to attend the Liquid City Cheese Expo (4/28)!! -- Separate from this event, but a nice perk!
