About this Event
Planets, Asteroids, Stars, Rockets and more! Take to the sky in this in-person camp! Learn about the Mercury, Venus, Mars and the other neighboring planets that orbit our sun. You’ll also learn about the equipment and training scientists use to study them and be awed by the weird and unbelievable objects that are in our universe. If you like hands of activities, cool facts about the cosmos and want to be creative, this is a camp you should rocket into! Trust us, you won’t be missing Earth!
- In Person camps are $285, however scholarships are available, please email [email protected]
- Camp times: 9AM-3PM
- Drop off starts at 8:30 AM
- Pickup at 3 PM
- Campers must bring lunch, NO refrigeration and NO microwave available
- Registration paperwork needed
- Campers must be 5th grade and older to attend camp.
- ALL campers will earn a SAMSAT digital badge for completed camp. Please visit samsat.badgr.com to check out SAMSAT'S Digital Badges.
Camp registration paperwork will be emailed to the email address used to register for this IN PERSON camp. Please fill out registration paperwork and send back ASAP. This camp will be at the NEW SAMSAT Education building (5035 SW 36th St.; 78226). This will not be at the SAMSAT museum location. The SAMSAT Education building is down the road from the museum building off 36th street.
