Welkom op deze speciale Samhain viering, het Keltische Nieuwjaar! We laten het oude jaar los, verzamelen de geschenken en het bittere van het afgelopen jaar... verzamelen en herinneren ons het licht van zomer en nazomer, en installeren het veilig en knus diep in ons hart, zodat we nu al het nieuwe jaar voorbereiden, ons klaar maken voor koning Winter. De sluier tussen de tastbare mensenwereld en etherische spiritwereld is nu het dunst. We danken ouders, voorouders en geliefden in de zichtbare en onzichtbare dimensies en maken een droomreis doorheen alle dimensies om doorheen een liggende soundhealing heerlijk thuis te komen in ons lichaam, meer verbonden met ons stralende gouden hart!
Op Allerheiligen of All Saints Day dansen we voor het heilige in ALLE tradities, we zingen en vieren de Heiligheid en Heelheid van het Leven, we dansen meer Liefde, Vrede, Voorspoed, Vreugde en ontsteken het vuurtje in onze harten... we dansen voor de Heiligheid in ieder van ons.
De magische cacao, de betoverende klanken van de live muziek, de dans & de zang, de helende (liggende) soundhealing en het gezellige samenzijn doen de stemmen uit de buitenwereld, de discussies op online netwerken, de polarisering, oorlog en alle emoties klein en groot smelten... Zo worden twijfels, donkere gedachten, angsten, verwarring, frustratie, boosheid, verdriet,... als brandstof voor het vuur van inspiratie dat onze harten doen zuiveren, heropleven en doen stralen en vooral... dansen!

Opbrengst gaat naar het Give Peace a Dance vredesproject van m'n vzw We See You (dit jaar in aug in Oekraïne, en volgende jaar weer!)

Weldadige effecten van rauwe warme cacao drank:
- hart openend, hart verwarmend
- blijdschap, vreugde, en zelfs bliss
- uit je hoofd en in je lijf
- genieten, warmte, ontspanning
- verbondenheid

- Cacao zit vol antioxidanten. Antioxidanten ruimen vrije radicalen in je lichaam op, stimuleren vetverbranding en dragen bij aan een gezond hart en gezonde bloedvaten. Daarnaast bevat cacao flink wat mineralen, waaronder magnesium. Magnesium heeft een stressverlagende werking en kan je helpen ontspannen.
- Om de cacao zo goed mogelijk haar werking te laten doen, is het beter een dag van te voren geen alcohol te drinken en matig tot geen vleesproducten te eten. Drink geen koffie of zwarte thee op de dag van de ceremonie (wel kruidenthee). Het is belangrijk om met een zo leeg mogelijke maag te komen.

Let's dance our Hearts on Fire!
Welcome to this special Samhain celebration, the Celtic New Year! We let go of the old year, gather the gifts and bitterness of the past year... gather and remember the light of summer and late summer, and place it safely and snugly deep within our hearts, so that we may already prepare for the new year, readying ourselves for King Winter. The veil between the tangible human world and the ethereal spirit world is now at its thinnest. We thank parents, ancestors, and loved ones in the visible and invisible dimensions and take a dream journey through all dimensions to come home to our bodies through a lying-down sound healing, more connected to our radiant golden hearts!
On All Saints' Day, we dance for the sacred in ALL traditions, we sing and celebrate the Holiness and Wholeness of Life, we dance more Love, Peace, Prosperity, Joy, and light the fire in our hearts... we dance for the Holiness within each of us. The magical cacao, the enchanting sounds of live music, the dancing and singing, the healing (lying down) sound healing, and the cozy gathering melt away the voices of the outside world, the discussions on online networks, the polarization, war, and all emotions, big and small. Doubts, dark thoughts, fears, confusion, frustration, anger, sadness, etc. become fuel for the fire of inspiration that purifies, revives, and makes our hearts shine, and above all... dance!

Proceeds go to the Give Peace a Dance peace project of my non-profit organization We See You (this year in August in Ukraine, and again next year!).

Beneficial effects of raw hot cacao:

- Cacao is full of antioxidants. Antioxidants eliminate free radicals in your body, stimulate fat burning, and contribute to a healthy heart and blood vessels. Cacao also contains a wealth of minerals, including magnesium. Magnesium reduces stress and can help you relax.
- To maximize the cacao's effectiveness, it's best to avoid alcohol the day before and eat meat products in moderation. Don't drink coffee or black tea on the day of the ceremony (herbal tea is fine). It's important to arrive on as empty a stomach as possible.
