Tonight will be different than a normal sound bath. It’s a very solemn observance of Samhain, the origins of Halloween, the time when the veil between the ancestors and living world is thinnest. You will be saged with mug wort, meant to open our hearts and minds to the thinning of the veil. We will have an altar with candles to remember loved ones or ancestors who have passed, also holding intention to release that which no longer serves us. To that end, we invite you to bring a memento for the altar. This could be a picture of a loved one, a gem or stone, or a special item that carries significance.
Come with an open heart and mind and experience this solemn occasion to mark the end of the Celtic wheel, the coming of winter, the harvest has been complete. We lead our hearts and minds into quiet and dormancy through sound, ritual, ceremony, and sacred chants. Today, we clear with the help of our ancestors.
Join Dr. Aria Thome' in the turning of the wheel!
