Venue: Edmonds Community Hall, the Albert Rooms, Albert Road, Horley RH6 7HZ . There is parking at the venue and street parking.
What to bring: please leave your personal belongings at home or in your car. Please bring a yoga/floor mat, a pillow and a blanket, additional supports if you need them for laying on the floor e.g. for under your knees, wear comfortable clothes, some water to drink. Some people like to bring their own crystals for use or cleansing.
Please be punctual: Gong bath is from 17.00hrs to 18.00hrs doors will be closed at 16:55 and late-comers will not be permitted once started, we will be there setting up before, please come in early to get your space and settle.

Sound vibration is an ancient healing method. Everything in the universe vibrates on different frequencies, including your body, allowing the vibrational energy of the gongs and singing bowls to travel through your body, stimulating feelings of peace, connection to self, supports you to relax, to let go of pain energy trapped in the body, helps the nervous system balance itself, helps with sleep, chakra balance and many other self healing, try this amazing experience as part of your wellness journey.
What happens: Come with no expectations and an open mind, you will love it! We welcome you with love, invite you to lay on a yoga mat, get comfortable and we will guide you into a relaxed state then play our beautiful healing gongs and percussion to give you an amazing journey of relaxation. At the end of the gong bath is a period of silence 'shuniya' meaning the void or emptiness, where we allow the gong vibrations to finish and your body to settle into a feeling of peace
Health: by purchasing this ticket you and any persons you have bought the ticket for are confirming you consent to receive care by Aventurine Healing Limited, under the event name of Astral Sound Healing. Consent:
*to my knowledge I haven't been exposed to Coronavirus (COVID-19), specifically I am currently not symptomatic or self-isolating, nor have I been in contact with anyone who has or is suspected of having COVID-19.

Cancelation policy: Tickets are booked on line through Aventurine Healing Limited, Event name Astral Sound Healing. By purchasing you accept these terms and conditions. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or re-booked, unless the event is cancelled by us. If the event is cancelled we will arrange a refund within 21 days from the date of the event, without the Eventbrite fee.
