As the veil thins, we gather in ritual for 5 hours to honor our ancestral lineage and the wisdom within our breath and bones.

Through grounding, ceremonial cacao, journaling, movement, and conscious connected breathwork, we’ll open into the roots of our ancestors. Together we’ll walk the threshold between worlds, softening into remembrance and reverence.

Vicky is a Reiki Master, Cacao facilitator and Breathwork Teacher with 1000hrs training approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

These ceremonies always invite in an intimacy and a deep connection as we share our stories and experiences of coming home to ourselves.

An alternative breathing technique will be offered to those who are contact-indicated or feel that the practice isn't for them.
